We offer a wide range of educational consulting services to help support parents of neurodiverse learners as they navigate special education systems. Our services include: parent coaching, educational advocacy, IEP/504 Plan interpretation and audits, compliance support and customized learning plans. We also work with school districts who want to improve their special education programs and systems. Our consultants and specialists bring a combined experience in special education, having worked with students with special learning needs (nuerodiverse learners), ages 3 through 22, in both public and private education. 

SpEDLogic Solutions provides individualized coaching to help parents understand their child’s learning needs, navigate the special education process with confidence, and effectively advocate for appropriate services. Coaching sessions include guidance on interpreting evaluation data, understanding IDEA/Section 504 rights, building strong communication with schools, and developing home-based strategies that reinforce academic, behavioral, and functional skills. Parents leave empowered with practical tools, scripts, and resources tailored to their child’s unique profile.

Our advocacy services ensure families receive knowledgeable, skilled support throughout the special education process. SpEDLogic Solutions advocates attend ARD/IEP and Section 504 meetings (virtually or in-person), support dispute resolution conversations, and help families communicate concerns clearly and effectively. We collaborate with schools to develop solutions grounded in compliance, data, and best practices. The goal is to secure appropriate services, supports, accommodations, and placement options that align with each student’s needs.

This comprehensive audit examines the student’s current IEP or Section 504 Plan for compliance, clarity, alignment with evaluation data, and adequacy of supports. The review includes:

• Recommendations for strengthening the plan to ensure educational benefit

While SpEDLogic Solutions does not conduct formal evaluations, we guide families through the entire evaluation process. Services include helping families identify appropriate licensed evaluators, preparing parents for what to expect during assessments, reviewing reports to ensure clarity and accuracy, and explaining how evaluation findings affect eligibility and service recommendations. Families are supported from initial referral through post-evaluation planning, ensuring they fully understand every step.
